The hotel has a beautiful park, where the locals come for a picnic. The air is so fresh and tasty! A quite and calm place. A quality breakfast has a great selection, fresh and tasty. Thanks to the chef. A big thank you toI the staff and management, who trained them. All staff is efficient, well-mannered and supportive. The receptionists always greet you with a warm smile, like they are happy to see you! :-) It is a family vibes on there. I wpuld like to pass a compliment to the all hotel staff: - the reception, - kitchen area, - cleaning operators (who always cared to ask if I need anything, all are very polite and humble). The area around the hotel is beautiful! I love the classic English 19 century pub next to the hotel - The Prince Edward. Food food, live music, friendly staff. Not so far is the Hairdresser's salon. Tgw owner is a very talented hair colorist and a generous person; he spent time to assess my hair and gave me a valuable advice how to improve my colour, style and quality in general. There is a Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Divine Wisdom on the Moscow road. Great lamb dishes at 'Santorini' and 'Al Waha' local restaurants. I regret that I didn't have enough time to explore the area further.

The property is very conveniently located, my room had a beautiful view of a residential mini park that was across the street. (2nd Floor) There are 2 tube stations available (Bayswater-circle line & Queensway-central line). Both are 5 min & 7 min walk respectively. The neighbourhood is quiet & felt safe to walk around even at night. I had read previous reviews about not very pleasant staff at reception so I was cautious to see how the treatment would be like. I was very pleasantly impressed by the 2 ladies that checked me in and a gentleman that checked me out & assisted me with my bags to the taxi. For me customer service is everything as I am in the service industry. Service is what makes the experience memorable. I had a minor glitch with milk provided in my room but the issue was immediately resolved with at-most professionalism. The room was very clean & the housekeeping attended to the room every single day. It’s a place I felt safe & would go back again.

Hotel was ideally located - Just a few minutes walking from 3 tube stations (and the Heathrow Express) and close to a main street for shopping. Check in was GREAT - I was assisted by Nidhaan who was so patient with me taking time to answer all my questions, no matter how simple. He went above and beyond to help me with a sim card (and loading credits), directions, the right app to download for transport and everything else. the oter staff were great too. The room was basic but had all I needed for a one night stay - comfy bed, tea coffee facilities, hot shower and good wifi. Breakfast was good and I loved that it was ready at 7am. I could leave my bags at the hotel as my flight was only at 9pm - a big help! I would recommend this property to anyone - especially solo travellers.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and were always carrying a smile on their face and were very happy to help anytime. The location of the hotel was very pleasant with easy access to underground trains. Must say, this place is very convenient if you want to visit central London and the areas. The hotel and the rooms were exactly as shown. I must say it had everything you needed, from a wardrobe to a table and a chair. The bed was very comfortable, and I should say the room was spacious for me and my wife. The bathroom was also spacious enough. I spent 3 nights with my wife and the experience was very pleasant. Had no issues or problems with the service. Worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay.
